Our story.
NorthPeak started in 2011 when founder Marcus Webb left a large regional HVAC chain to start something more personal: a company where homeowners were treated like people, not ticket numbers.
What began as a one-van operation has grown to a 12-person team serving Austin and eight surrounding communities. We've never taken outside investment, and we answer our own phones.
Our goal hasn't changed: show up on time, explain everything clearly, do the work right, and leave your home cleaner than we found it.
